Results are typically available within 48-72 hours unless otherwise specified. Some specialized analyses may take longer. We will inform you of any delays that may affect your results.
3. Sample Submission
Most analyses do not require an appointment. You may submit samples during our normal business hours. For certain specialized tests (such as chiral analysis or large batch testing), an appointment may be required. We will inform you at the time of scheduling if your analysis requires:
- Specific storage conditions (frozen, refrigerated, ambient)
- Special handling procedures
- Specific sample quantities or formatting
4. Sample Requirements
All samples must be properly labeled and accompanied by complete submission documentation. We accept samples from researchers, suppliers, manufacturers, and businesses in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are submitting samples for testing, you must:
- Provide accurate sample identification and chain of custody documentation
- Follow all sample packaging and shipping requirements
- Include relevant safety data sheets (SDS) for hazardous materials
We reserve the right to refuse any sample that does not meet our acceptance criteria or poses a safety risk to our staff.
5. Payment and Billing
Payment is due at the time of sample submission unless credit terms have been established. We accept most major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments. You are responsible for:
- All fees associated with the testing services requested
- Any applicable taxes or surcharges
- Providing accurate billing information
If you require invoicing or net terms, please contact our accounting department to establish a business account. We offer payment plans for qualified businesses.
6. Results Delivery
Analysis results will be delivered through the method you select at the time of submission:
- Secure digital portal access
- Email (encrypted PDF)
- Secure file transfer (SFTP)
- Pickup at any of our locations
Results include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with detailed methodology, instrumentation used, and purity percentages. If you have questions about interpreting your results, please contact our technical team.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your samples and company
- Follow all sample submission guidelines and packaging requirements
- Include all necessary documentation including COA requests and special instructions
- Pay for services rendered in a timely manner
- Treat our staff with respect
8. Limitation of Liability
Nova Analytical provides testing results for informational purposes only. These results should be interpreted by qualified professionals in the context of your research, manufacturing, or quality control processes. We are not responsible for:
- Decisions made based on test results without consultation with qualified professionals
- Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (instrument failure, supply shortages, shipping delays, etc.)
- Consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel a sample submission or analysis, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds for analyses not yet started will be processed according to our refund policy. Once a sample has been processed and analysis has begun, fees may not be refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nova Analytical Peptide & Chemical Testing Laboratory and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
12. Severability
